All store sales are final, so unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
However, we may occasionally, at our sole discretion, make exceptions to this policy on a case by case basis. To be eligible for such a return, please consult with store staff. In order for our staff to be able to make such an exception, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are always exempt from being returned: these include Gift cards, Studio Shoot Prints, USB keys or CDs or DVDs, and Downloadable or Emailed products, and any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Unless a special exception such as the one above applies, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange such a damaged item for the same item, please return it to the store.
If you pre-pay for an entire shoot, this is a retainer that secures our service, usually at a given date and time. Like all our sales, retainers are non-refundable, but if you do not wish to go ahead at the reserved time, provided you give as at least 24 hours notice of such a cancellation, you can at any time convert the booked shoot back into a store credit, to be used for any of our products or services whenever you like.
If you pay a deposit toward a shoot, this deposit is non-refundable, but it can be used toward any other shoot or product, provided you have given us at least 24 hours notice of your cancellation.
We aim to provide excellent customer service, and to exceed your expectations every time. If we ever fail in this, please contact Michael Willems personally at email@example.com, and he will try his best to make it right for you!
Payment can be made in Cash in C$, or by using Interac Debit, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
All shop activities and policies will adhere to the conditions of Place d'Orleans Shopping Centre. These cannot be overruled by our staff.
All occasions of theft or attempted theft from, or assault in, our store will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
You must own the copyright for, or have a license to use, any pictures you print. You may print anything you like, provided it is not illegal under Canadian or Ontario law.
In the event that we lose or damage a product you leave at the store, we shall not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages of any nature. We will, however, try to replace the actual material with the same material (e.g. replace a lost roll of film with a new roll of film of the same type).
ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED TO CUSTOMERS ON AN "AS-IS" BASIS. MICHAEL WILLEMS PHOTO SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
